General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it basically shows degenerative changes in neck vertebrae which are causing two vertebrae in the neck to collapse on each other at one side and compress on nerve roots leading to pain or weakness etc.

Neurosurgery review is recommended to correlate clinically if it can be relieved by medicine or surgical intervention is needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
